Skingevity launches with acquisition of three UK aesthetics clinics [Feb 2026]

Skingevity announced its launch on 18 February 2026, confirming the acquisition of three founding clinics: Dr Joney De Souza Skin and Laser Clinic in Marylebone, MediZen in Sutton Coldfield and Cannelle Skin Clinic in Oxford. [1]

The group was founded by Andrea Agnolio, a former Boston Consulting Group principal, and Enrico Ghio, a former Goldman Sachs M&A executive. Skingevity says the business was backed by private investors and created to bring together established clinics under a shared operating model while preserving each clinic’s existing name, leadership and clinical approach. Its model is explicitly not positioned as a franchise. Skingevity provides central support across areas such as finance, HR, procurement, reporting, marketing, training, technology and governance, while partner clinics retain clinical independence. [3]

The group has since expanded further. Its current clinic portfolio includes Regents Park Aesthetics, with locations in London and Berkhamsted, alongside its three original clinic brands. [4]

The Harley View

Skingevity is a clear example of clinic consolidation becoming an investment strategy in UK aesthetics.

The value proposition is different from buying a product manufacturer or distributor. Here, the assets are established clinic brands, practitioner reputations, patient relationships, physical locations and recurring treatment revenue.

The model also highlights a broader shift in the market: consolidation does not necessarily require replacing local clinic identities with one national consumer brand. Skingevity’s approach is to centralise infrastructure and governance behind the scenes while preserving the individual clinic proposition.

For Harley’s deal history, this is an important marker of how capital is moving into the clinic layer of the aesthetics market.
