Harley Academy acquires SkinViva Training and expands into Manchester {Aug 2025]

Harley Academy announced on 6 August 2025 that it had acquired SkinViva Training Academy, the Manchester-based aesthetics education business founded by Dr Tim Pearce. The acquired operation was subsequently rebranded as Harley Academy Manchester. [1]

The deal gave Harley Academy an established northern training base in Spinningfields and allowed it to expand its postgraduate aesthetics education beyond London. Harley said the acquisition was intended to meet demand from healthcare professionals in the North of England for accredited, clinically grounded training. [1]

The Manchester site became Harley Academy’s third UK campus and fourth international training school, following its expansion into Toronto through a partnership with Prollenium. Practical training at the Manchester site was scheduled to begin in October 2025. [1][3]

Rockpool Investments, which had invested £8 million in Harley Academy in February 2024, later confirmed that the SkinViva acquisition was financed through further capital from Rockpool alongside management. Rockpool described the acquisition as providing Harley Academy with training facilities in the North of England for the first time. [2]
