DD Group acquires Fox Pharma to expand UK aesthetics platform [Feb 2026]

DD Group announced on 24 February 2026 that it had acquired Fox Pharma Ltd, a UK-based aesthetics supplier and registered pharmacy headquartered in Warrington. [1]

Fox Pharma supplies aesthetic products to practitioners across the UK, including dermal fillers, skin boosters, chemical peels, polynucleotides, prescription medicines and related clinical supplies. Its portfolio includes exclusive UK rights to brands such as REVOLAX, Seventy Hyal and VITARAN. [1][2]

The acquisition adds Fox Pharma to DD Group’s existing aesthetics business, medfx, giving the group a broader presence across product distribution, pharmacy services, practitioner education and clinic support.

DD Group said the transaction was intended to strengthen its aesthetics offering across the UK and Ireland and support further growth in Europe. [1]

The wider group already operates across dental and medical aesthetics distribution and provides more than 30,000 products alongside prescription medicines, equipment, technology, engineering and compliance services. DD Group has been backed by Sun European Partners since 2022. [1][3]
