Chariot Capital acquires Laser Clinics UK [June 2026]

Chariot Capital Group announced on 9 June 2026 that it had completed the acquisition of Laser Clinics UK, one of the country’s largest providers of laser, skin and aesthetic treatments. [1]

Laser Clinics UK operates more than 40 clinics across the UK through a clinician-led franchise-partnership model, offering laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables and skin treatments. [1]

The UK business had previously been developed as part of Laser Clinics Group, a portfolio company of KKR. Chariot described the transaction as a corporate carve-out, with Laser Clinics UK moving forward as an independent platform. [1][2]

Financial terms were not disclosed. Chariot said it intends to support further investment in the clinic network, technology platform and talent base. [1]

Companies House filings also show changes around the transaction period, including the appointment of a new director on 5 June 2026 and satisfaction of an existing charge on 9 June 2026. [3]

The Harley View

This is a useful example of private capital moving directly into clinic infrastructure and patient access, rather than into a product manufacturer or distributor.

The strategic value is different: Laser Clinics UK brings physical locations, treatment revenue, an established brand and direct consumer relationships.

For Harley’s tracked deals, it sits neatly alongside Healthxchange, Harley Academy and the product-company deals as another example of capital moving across different parts of the aesthetics value chain.
